One down....one to go!

Today I manged to get this little quilt top finished that I started on the quilting retreat a couple of weekends ago. I had finished out to the white border and was unsure what to do with it to finish it off.
I ended up doing a little peep and the pieced border which I'm really happy with. I also appliqued the recipients name on the bottom right hand corner.

Now all I have to do is send it off for quilting.... might finish the other coin quilt I have almost completed and send them off together!

Until next time.....

  5. This is gorgeous, what a lucky girl to receive this beauty. My daughter just saw it and thought it was beautiful - "Can you make one like that for me Mum?" "Maybe!"
